We’d inform you that Htek UC902P IP Phone has been discontinued since Jan, 2024. New orders for this product will no longer be accepted and we recommend you choose our new UC902SP IP phone, which has a much better user experience than before.

Htek will maintain the RMA Policy and offer up to 5 years of support and after-sale service from the End of Life with details as below:
1) For the first year after end-of-life, we offer full support, including hardware/software technical support, major bug fixes, and new security fixes.
2) From the second to the fifth year after end-of-life, we provide partial software technical support and major bug fixes.
3) Since the sixth year after end-of-life, we will end the service and support.
Notice:
Htek will not offer any new features/enhancements support from the End of Life.
