This partnership between the two companies can help service providers and resellers to achieve Zero Touch provisioning and in-life management.
Using the ForgeServe product users have total control on configuring the Htek UC900 series IP phones enabling rapid deployement, including the firmware installation, specifying the button functions, remote rebooting and tracking live connection registrations within the Swoop Datacom cloud based user interface.
